You can pay over 30 days, spread the cost over 3 equal instalments or take the finance options and spread the cost over 36 months. And you can pay for your purchase at the speed that suits you. We don't take deposits up front.

 

How do I pay with Klarna Finance?

The option to pay with Klarna Finance will automatically become available on the checkout page, if your basket total is over £200. You'll then be asked to enter some details so that Klarna can run a credit check. You'll find out if you've been approved right away. If are successful in your application, you can choose to pay by Klarna Finance and complete your order. You'll get an email or letter with your repayment schedule after your new stuff has been delivered.

Minimum requirements for Klarna Finance

  • You must be a permanent UK resident
  • You must be over 18 years of age
  • Your monthly mortgage or rental payments must not exceed 30% of your monthly income
  • You must have a good credit history as a hard credit check will be carried out

How will I know when my credit agreement has started?

If you are successful in your application for Klarna Finance, your credit agreement will start immediately.

How will I know when my repayments have started?

You'll only start repayments on items and services when they are successfully delivered.

What happens if I want to make a return?

Our standard 7 day returns window still applies to purchases with Klarna Finance. When you make a return and it is successfully delivered back to our warehouse, we will notify Klarna and you'll be refunded for the cost of the item, less the interest you have paid on your monthly repayments and your delivery charge.
